Having received little support from within or without, the present work can be considered a work against odds, accompanied largely by disapprovals and jeers. But what I have narrated is the grim reality of how India and its large, debilitated and famished masses have been perpetually exploited and demeaned by our self-seeking governing system in the absence of adequate checks and balances by the learned Judiciary over the erring guardians (Legislature and Executive). This harsh reality, one would be compelled to accept as one proceeds through my book- ‘India in Chaos- Only Judiciary can save’
My endeavour through this book is to reach out this truth to the people of the land and our concerned guardians, to establish a responsible and accountable system of governance with the help of the learned Judiciary to first accomplish ‘liberty and dignity’ for our perennially famished and suffering masses and then transform the nation to unbounded progress and prosperity.
To build a prosperous nation and make our people happy and proud, I have provided the necessary roadmaps and guidelines in Part 3 of the book. Following these plans and adapting the concept of City Centres presented under Chapter 8.3, we shall not only provide liberty and dignity to our people naturally but also place our country amongst the most prosperous and powerful nations in the world in just 15-20 years for the present and the future generations.
Through my extensive research as presented, I have prayed the learned Judiciary, being the custodian of the Constitution and a third eye over the governing guardians (Legislature and Executive) for establishing a responsible and accountable system of governance at the Union and the States and extending an opportunity to the people of India to realise their dreams.
For inquisitive readers the book will provide answers to most socio-economic and socio-legal problems.

Towards a New Dawn Empower the Nation through Education and Awareness
The rights of the people of India are protected by our Constitution and also the charter and various treaties of the United Nations (UN) such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR, 1948). The fulfilment of basic objectives as defined in the Constitution, namely economic freedom, dignity, equality of status, opportunity, and fraternity are our fundamental rights.
India today is divided into two parts Urban India and Rural India. Urban India has access to basic and advance facilities of Health and Education however Rural India which forms over 70% of our population living in or migrating from Rural India, largely remains deprived of these facilities. Government has taken various steps to touch life in Rural India through development programs and bring them into mainstream of growth and prosperity.
1. Woman and Child Welfare through legal awareness and empowerment programs. We provide training and awareness on legal rights and life-skill training in urban social-economic challenges faced by migrants.
2. Basic life support to destitute: We provide nutritious diet, warm cloths and basic medical support to people without shelter living of public places like footpath, under-bridge, Govt. run shelter homes etc.
3. Create awareness about various Govt. support schemes and facilitate its implementation through guidance and contact with concerned officials and departments.
